Each Tablets Contains:
Silymarin Extract 140 MG

It is obtained from the plant Silybum marianum
It contains flavolignans and has various pharmaceutical properties such as hepatoprotective, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties
The main active constituent present in Silymarine is silibinin
Silibinin is the mixture of two diastereomers i.e silybin A and silybin B

Indications and Usage

• It protects liver from the toxin and anatoxins and prevents the damage of the liver from the alcoholic diseases
• It helps in reducing oxidative stress
• Have anticancer property

Mechanism of Action

It acts as the membrane stabilizing agent and prevents the entry of the hepatotoxic agents into the hepatocytes and promotes the synthesis of the ribosomal rNA which in turn stimulates liver regeneration
It also prevents the deposition of the collagen fibres in the liver and therefore inhibits liver cirrhosis

Contraindication

• Contraindicated in the coronary artery disease
• Contraindicated in hypertension
• Contraindicated in diabetes
